Derek previously worked for industrial specialist Ashtenne Holdings plc from 1997 – 2006 and was a Director of the main Ashtenne operating companies.

Westmarch has formed a JV company, ARCA Business Centres Limited, which will develop new business centres in mature well-located business locations throughout Scotland and the North of England.
